Q1: Do you do wholesales business?

Q2: Is you site secure?

A: Yes all orders are processed thru Paypals 100%secured "http" servers, all other info is safe and we never share other info with any other parties. Also smoothly via hackersafe .etc.

Q3:Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?

A:Orders are typically shipped within 2 to 3 business days, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 4 to 7 business days. Standard Ground Shipping is an estimated delivered time and is not guaranteed to be delivered within the 4 to 7 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date. For orders shipped outside of the continental United States please allow 10 to 20 business days for delivery.

Q4. We were charged on our credit card but status shows not shipped yet?

A. Sometimes the tracking info would be delayed to update, especially during the holidays, during these times you may get your goods before we can update that you have in fact been shipped.

Q5:How do I track my package?

A:International orders are shipped via FED EX and USPS and will be delivered into the responsibility of your national postal carrier.
When your order ships from our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number within your confirmation email. You may copy and paste your tracking number into the FED EX or USPS website to find any tracking information available for your package.

Q6. How much is shipping to my country?

A. offers worldwide shipping by USPS Air Mail. All international orders over $200 receive free shipping. Orders for less than $200are charged a flat $10 shipping fee.

Q7. Why the goods I received are different from the goods shown on your website?

A. We are sorry for this little difference between the goods you received and the picture on our website. But in fact, the one you received is the same as we put on website. This is due to the chromatist and the different angle the pic shooted. So there might be some differences between practical items and the pictures on our website. For example: color. If so, we apologize for that.
